Under the patronage of the Ministry of the Interior, Split-Dalmatia County, the City of Split, the Croatian Counties and Cities Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction, and the Association of Cities in the Republic of Croatia, the conference “Civil Protection and Urban Security (SIGG)” was held in Split on 19 and 20 March, with the participation of Associate Professor Andreja Sršen.
This year’s two-day conference focused on urban security, crisis management, civil protection, and the application of new technologies to create safer communities, cities, and states.
As part of the project activities, the project leader participated in the panel discussion “How Prepared Are Cities for Crisis Situations?”, where she discussed the impact of climate change on urban security.
