Assistant Professor Vanesa Varga is employed at the Department of Communication Studies, Faculty of Croatian Studies, University of Zagreb.
She obtained the academic title of Master of Communication Studies at the Croatian Studies of the University of Zagreb and, in the same year, the academic title of Master of Education in Croatology. In 2013, she earned a Master’s degree in Museology and Heritage Management from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb.
She obtained her PhD from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Zagreb in the field of Information and Communication Sciences. She was employed as a postdoctoral researcher at the Catholic University of Croatia.
She is a collaborator on the institutional research projects “Climate Change and Security Challenges” and “Artificial Intelligence: A New Interlocutor of Croatian Society”, both funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) with the support of the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
